Grids

Order, Predictability, and Truth are grids that people impose on the chaos that is the universe. And, when a dot on that grid doesn’t match up, they either change their grid slightly (with no ultimate gain in “true” accuracy); or, more commonly, they ignore the dot entirely. What few are brave enough to try is chucking the grid entirely.
